He is the (former) King of the Kingdom Klyrode. He nonstop summoned new Hero-Candidates to defeat the demons. He doesn't get along too well with his now-disowned daughters. He was soon ousted from throne by his estranged daughter, the First Princess when she and her sisters disowned him as a parent due to their hatred towards their father of his selfishness and ignorance but he escaped and went hiding before he would get captured by his former kingdom.
Background[]
He is the (former) King of the Magic Kingdome Klyrode. He uses all his Kingdoms resources to summon Hero Candidates and to pay them. He has at least three known daughters.
Personality[]
He is very greedy, cruel, deluded, dimwitted and egoistic fat ass. He would do anything to defeat the Demons and endlessly let his magicians summon Hero Candidates'. If there is someone who is a failure then he won't even care what happens to that person (in Flio's case he sent him to a place, where he knew that Demons resided). Despite being a parent, his own selfishness is shown he doesn't even care about any of his daughters whom eventually disowned him as their father out of their purely hatred towards him for his selfishness and ignorance.
Appearance[]
King Klyrode is a fat man who has short, brown hair. He has a very long nose and wears a monocle. He wears a suit and a coat. His clothes are all greyish with red and gold accents. The design of the gold accents is similar to those of the First Princess.
Plot[]
After the Blonde Hero was summoned, it made a great uproar in the palace, due to the Hero's stats, and thus King Klyrode held a banquet for the newly acquired Hero. Later when he found out that the failed hero candidate Flio was not sent back to his previous world, he admitted the mistake and permitted him to live in this world. King Klyrode sent Flio to the Delaveza Forest saying that he could live there even though he knew that the forest was full of Demons. After hearing about the use of Purification he was very proud of the Hero, thinking it was him, thus he was shocked after hearing that the direction from which the Purification came was from the Delaveza Forest. Shortly after sending the Hero into the war, he was disappointed because of the incompetence of the Hero. Though he had to trust him and send him to the battles because he already declared him the Hero of Klyrode.
On some day, he heard from one of his soldiers, that they saw a suspicious man fly to Flio's house and leave in direction of the Demon Kingdom. King was angered that Flio dared to refuse their proposal and then side with the Demons. As he was to order the soldier to gather some soldiers and force Flio to become his underling, he was interrupted by his daughter Elizabeth the First Princess, who believed that they should talk with Flio rather than force him. He didn't care about her opinion and gave the Blonde Hero the permission to force Flio.
When the Demons attacked their Kingdom all the magicians in the Kingdom had to combine their strength to perform Purification, thus leading the Demons to retreat. Since the he was also a magician he used up all his powers and was bedridden, leading the First Princess to gain the position as the Queen.
